Who they are?
Graig are one of the largest privately owned shipping operations in the UK with offices in Wales, London, Germany, Vietnam and China.
What did we do for them?
We were involved with them for several years from their transition from a small family firm to what they are today. Working with in-house staff we supplied the 'missing bits' of expertise in a classical consultancy role to build up their IT systems and install a comprehensive MS Exchange based email system, to support in house, VPN and Blackberry users.
Key skills used?
Systems analysis and an understanding of the business and how it maps onto technological solutions.
